Our mission is to keep as much electronic waste from ending up in local landfills as we can

THE ADVANTAGES OF E-WASTE HAWAII RECYCLING SERVICES In compliance with the regulations of the State of Oahu, both businesses and homeowners are prohibited from disposing of their obsolete electronic devices in regular trash bins. With this option off the table, it is essential to be aware of the available alternatives for managing electronic waste for you and your business. While various establishments offer exchange programs, these can often be time-consuming and inconvenient.

Starting from January 1, 2019, it became impermissible for consumers to discard specific types of electronic equipment in landfills, waste-to-energy facilities, in the regular trash, or for curbside trash pickup. In lieu of these methods, consumers now possess several legal avenues for appropriately managing e-waste. You can entrust your e-waste to a certified e-waste handler. Alternatively, you can deliver your e-waste to an authorized collection site.
